You can store photos and other documents with each tree or item.
Photos are usually taken when carrying out surveys using the OTISS survey app. A good photo may reduce the need to provide a detailed description, and so speed up the survey process. The photos are considered to be an integral part of the survey and are sync’ed to the OTISS website along with the other survey data.
The website’s Photo Gallery can then be used to view, update and download the photos collected. Photos and documents can also be uploaded directly onto the OTISS website.
The Photos feature is part of all the OTISS standard subscriptions. The basic Storage allowance should be enough for most users, but if you take lots of high resolution photos for every tree/item, it is recommended that you buy an extra Photo subscription which greatly increases your OTISS storage capacity.
