There is an annual subscription for Landowners to use OTISS to help them with the long term management of the tree stock on their estate(s).
- Landowners pay an annual subscription that is dependent upon the total number of trees. This allows the registered landowner to use the OTISS website.
- Landowners may register their staff as OTISS users to help manage and survey their trees. The Landowner pays the annual subscription for each additional employee.
- Where a landowner uses the services of independent Arboricultural professionals, they must register as OTISS users in their own right and pay the separate annual subscriptions.

| Additional users | £150 per user, per annum. | Allows registered OTISS employees to manage and survey furniture or trees on the estate(s). These per-user licenses are not tied to particular individuals; they can be changed and re-assigned as required. |
