This is an online service, there is no software to install or maintain on your PCs. Arboricultural Consultants pay an annual subscription (per user) for the use of the OTISS website, along with the BS5837 Survey<\/strong><\/em> and Tree Survey <\/strong><\/em>Android applications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The annual subscription rates are as follows. All prices are exclusive of VAT.<\/strong> Please allow one working day from time of purchase until the subscription is activated on OTISS. We provide a full refund if you cancel the subscription within 14 days – after that no refunds are given.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Standard Subscriptions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Our standard packages are suitable for arboricultural consultants who have mostly small\/medium sized clients; with a larger project once or twice a year. These packages are limited in terms of number of clients, numbers of trees, and do not have the premium, advanced features (see below).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Additional subscriptions are available for the larger clients\/projects as and when required (see below).<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\t\n\t\n\t\n\t\n\t\n\t\n\t

Both the Standard and Premium subscriptions include use of the OTISS features for client management, OpenStreetMap\/Google maps, PDF reports, Excel reports, CAD\/DXF downloads, Survey apps, etc. The Standard subscriptions are limited in terms of number of clients, numbers of trees, and do not have the following advanced features.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
