This is an online service, there is no software to install or maintain on your PCs. Estate Managers pay an annual subscription to use OTISS to help in the long term management of the tree stock and park\/farm\/site furniture on their estate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. The annual subscription<\/strong> is dependent upon the total number of trees and furniture items; for a single user.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. You can also register their staff as OTISS users to help manage and survey their estate. The Estate Manager pays the annual subscription for each additional user<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Independent Arboricultural Consultants who already have OTISS accounts can be assigned to carry out tree surveys on the estate. There is no extra charge for this sharing and collaboration.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    The annual subscription rates are as follows. All prices are exclusive of VAT.<\/strong> Please allow one working day from time of purchase until the subscription is activated on OTISS. We provide a full refund if you cancel the subscription within 14 days – after that no refunds are given.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\t\n\n\t\n\t\n\t\n\t\n\t\n\t
