OTISS has proved an invaluable tool in doing this, with the system up and running in a matter of a few days, inclusive of training. The system has been used to complete the School Inventory, and is now being used in Parks and Highways.<\/p>\n<p>We have had excellent support from Paul and his team, with a willingness to embrace innovation. We are now serving our WMS layers live from our GIS.
