To do this, select the survey, then click the Share Survey<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Sharing creates a copy of the selected survey and all its associated trees\/items into a special “Shared Surveys” client account belonging to the recipient. <\/p>\n\n\n\n We have added seven new fields to OTISS for greater flexibility in customising surveys: two new 50-character fields, two number fields and three new 5,000-character fields.<\/p>\n\n\n\n To add these new fields to your survey template, go to the Tree Safety or BS5837 tab and click on the ‘Customise Survey’ button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The colour schemes applied in the map tab will now be included when performing DXF exports for tree safety surveys.<\/p>\n\n\n\n On the export menu, you can choose whether you would like the surveyed items to all appear in a green colour or whether you would like them to appear in the same colours as they do on the map tab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n Users can now select specific layers for DXF export to help tailor files to specific needs, reduce clutter, and improve CAD integration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n On the export menu, select which layers you want to show in CAD, only ticked layers will appear in the CAD layer list.<\/p>\n\n\n\n OTISS now includes dedicated map projections for Jersey and Guernsey, allowing direct import of government-provided data for these regions. The projection that has been added is the Jersey Transverse Mercator EPSG:3109. To change your default projection, go to your account settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Assess the condition of individual trees, hedgerows, and groups using the biodiversity metric tool. The tool presents a varying set of questions based on the selected habitat type. As each criterion is answered, the Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) score and condition are automatically updated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The spreadsheet tab displays scores as Good, Moderate, or Poor based on the answers provided. A comprehensive breakdown of the results is available in the separate BNG report located within the tree valuation section.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The BNG assessment is included within the ‘Premium All” subscription. Highlighted trees appear yellow on the map, while others are grey, easily directing clients to trees with potential issues like Ash dieback.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n Filter your spreadsheet data to display only highlighted trees, then generate a report specifically for those selected trees.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n Within the app, selected trees will be highlighted in yellow.
