This is an online service, there is no software to install or maintain on your PCs. National Trail and footpath organisations pay an annual subscription to use OTISS to help in the long term management of the trail infrastructure and high risk trees.

The annual subscription is dependent upon the number of users/volunteers and total number of infrastructure items and trees. All prices are exclusive of VAT.

We find that most customers find OTISS easy to learn and to use. We have extensive on-line help pages, videos and How-To guides. And our support team will answer simple queries via email/phone as they arise.

If you just need an hour or two of help to get the best out of OTISS, we can do phone/skype/remote training tailored to what you need.
Data upload from previous surveys.£ depends on complexity
